I placed an order and was notified the very next day that it was shipped. Received the item the day after that. I received prompt email updates about my order and shipping. The item was well packed and in perfect condition. Probably the best customer service and quickest shipping of any online store I have dealt with. I will not hesitate to order again!!

I had been shopping late season sales for a couple of weeks, both at stores where I live and online. I can't remember how I even discovered GolfVault but I am very happy that I did. I had found a Cobra F-Max Airspeed driver at the local mall for $369.00 on sale and had decided that was the club I wanted to add to my bag. I think because I initially found that club online, my browser showed me sales of the same club at online stores, which brought me here. I found the same club but with the option of a senior shaft, for $299. This was in the afternoon on a Friday (The Friday of Canadian Thanksgiving weekend), I chatted with someone, told them some of the details of my game and he helped me go ahead and try the senior shaft. He also told me that if I could complete the order within 5 or 10 minutes, he expected his last pickup for the week soon. I went ahead and completed the order and received a message from the same fellow telling me that he received the order and packaged the club himself and it did go out with that final shipment. Given that Monday was a holiday, I didn't expect to get the club until Tuesday or Wednesday, despite the fact I only live about 4 hours away from the actual store. When I came home Tuesday the club was waiting for me! I am not ashamed to admit that I felt like a kid at Christmas! I called a local golf course and booked a tee time, changed my clothes and went right out to try it. Despite the fact that I am 50 years of age, I am a novice level golfer but this club did make a difference for me right from the first drive. I don't hit the ball very far, my best drives have been 220 at best. But I drove this club 230 and 240 the first time out! I am thrilled with this purchase and my only regret is that the season here ends in a couple of weeks! I hope to visit the store the next time I travel down the 401 and happily recommend this website to anyone interested in buying quality equipment at reasonable prices. And as I said, I do indeed plan on returning the next time I need to make a purchase!

Ordered the women’s Cobra XL Fly club set for my first set of clubs. I live in SK and my clubs were delivered within a week. Played my first 9 holes on them last night and loving them. Great customer service, good price, highly recommend!

i bought a Titliest bag Cart 15 but when I received it the bag was defective I contacted Jack at the customer service and immediatly the guy explained the problem at Titliest and a few days later He recontacted me and mention that Titliest accept sending a new bag and Golf Vault send me it with a UPS slip for returning the bag at Titliest at no fees. I was in the market to replace my old push cart and saw some ads for the Trilite. I wanted something light weight and compact with certain colors. Golf Vault had the best price and shipping was very fast. I would definitely recommend this cart and company.

I've now had a few lessons with Jack and to say he has changed my game is an understatement.
He takes the time to view your swing, understand your set up etc... and with his skill and knowledge, he has made adjustments that have been an amazing transformation. Nothing too technical in the changes either....all very simple, but very affective. Great at explaining what's going on and why.
