We take your privacy seriously.  This policy describes how we collect and use your information and how we will make sure your personal data is protected.  Unless you provide it to us voluntarily, Golf Vault does not collect or store any personal information. In order to process your order, we may ask you to submit your name, address, telephone number, email address, and other information.

In order to offer you an individualized online experience we collect various types of information such as:

• domain names of visitors to our Web site;
• e-mail addresses of those who e-mail us;
• information on how many visits each page receives;
• user-specific information on what pages consumers visit; and

Golf Vault uses cookies to remember information you gave us so you don't have to re-enter it each time you visit our website. We will use the information you submit to process your registration, and at your option, send you additional materials relating to our company and services that may be of interest to you. 

Golf Vault will not sell your personal information to any organization, for any purpose, without your expressed consent. All third-party users of the permissible list collected will be carefully screened and approved by Golf Vault.  Subject to applicable law, we and our Service Providers (as defined below) disclose and share your personal information:

Golf Vault must comply with the law and co-operate with law enforcement and other officials in any investigation requiring either personal or account information, including any information provided online through the Golf Vault website. You should understand that Golf Vault and our Service Providers would comply with these laws to the extent they and we are required to do so by law. 

Sale or transfer of information:
In the event of a sale, merger, liquidation, dissolution, or sale or transfer of substantially all of the assets of Golf Vault, all personal information collected about you from the Site may be sold, assigned, or transferred to the party acquiring all or substantially all of the equity or assets of Golf Vault. Subject to your ability to opt-out as described below, you consent to the sale and transfer of your information as described in this paragraph. 

Opting Out:

If you would like to receive a copy of the personal information we have about you as submitted to us via the Site, or if you wish to opt-out of receiving marketing related communications from us, please send a request to customerservice@golfvault.com. You may also ask us to remove your name and other personal information from our databases. In each of the foregoing cases, we will make all reasonable efforts to honour your request promptly. 

Access to Information:
Golf Vault strictly controls access to your personal information to employees who need this information to serve you or to the employees who analyze our performance to measure and improve.  Golf Vault uses industry leading service providers to assist us with customer service, processing and delivery of orders and other key functions. We only share the information necessary for these service providers to perform their role in serving you. These third parties are bound by confidentiality agreements to keep all customer information confidential.

By using the Golf Vault website, you are consenting to the collection and use of personal information provided by you to Golf Vault, for the purposes and on the terms set out in this policy.
