• If you are making an exchange, we will cover the cost of return shipping (excluding remote addresses)
• If you are returning a product with no exchange, the return shipping fees will be deducted from your refund amount (rates start at $15)
• We accept returns within 30 days of original purchase on new products
• Demo or used products can be returned within 7 days for exchange or store credit only
• Store Display Demo clubs can be returned within 7 days for exchange or store credit only. Clubs must be returned in the same condition as when it was purchased, otherwise fees will be deducted from return amount.
• Returns will only be accepted if the product is in brand new, unused condition and includes all original equipment, accessories, free items and product packaging
• Any defects in workmanship or issues after use, are warranty claims. Please, refer to our warranty section.

Extended Christmas Returns

To make your holiday shopping easier, we’ve extended our return window for the Christmas season.

• Orders placed on or after November 3 are eligible for our Extended Christmas Returns.
• For these orders, you must initiate your return by January 17 (regardless of the delivery date).
• All other standard return conditions still apply (items must be unused, in original condition, etc.).

Build your own

• Build Your Own Clubs and Custom Orders – Can be exchanged or returned for store credit only within 7 days of receiving your order. Products must be 100% brand new.
• ALL Build Your Own order cancellations are subject to a 2.5% cancellation fee
