I'm a new online customer from Belleville Ontario. I ordered some gloves and a ball retriever. It arrived in late for a golf holiday I had booked. Golf Vault apologized saying FedEx is normally better, 1 to 2 days. I agree. But they immediately refunded my money and told me to keep the products for my inconvenience. I have told them I will return the product my next trip to London. I will be visiting the store on my way past Kitchener. I need some gap wedges. Why would I shop anywhere else!
