What is an Indoor Demo?

Demo golf clubs are trial versions of golf clubs that golfers test during a fitting before making a purchase. These clubs have never been hit outdoors, and have been taken care of by our store experts. Condition of clubs can be anywhere from 8/10 to 9/10 depending on their use throughout the season, most clubs are like new.

The G440 SFT Fairway features PING's new Free-Hosel Technology. By removing weight from the hosel, screw, and heel section of the club, this innovative design allows for a taller, confidence-inspiring face height while preserving the low center of gravity required to launch it high off the deck.

Engineered with a larger profile and heel-side weighting, the SFT model is designed for maximum forgiveness and slice correction.

PING G440 SFT Fairway Woods Feature:

Straight Flight Technology with a draw-inducing CG location helps eliminate slices
Extended footprint and rear sole weight provide excellent stability and forgiveness and the highest launch in the G440 family
Flexible maraging steel face increases ball speed and optimizes spin for greater overall distance (thickness optimized for consistent performance on on-center strikes)
Free-Hosel Technology removes weight from the hosel, allowing for a taller face while maintaining CG height for a high launch off the turf
Contoured sole design and a slimmed-down back weight ensure the club sits more flush on the ground and the face angle remains constant, regardless of the loft or lie setting
CarbonFly Wrap crown saves weight, which is re-allocated to help lower the CG while providing a more muted, pleasing sound at impact
Trajectory Tuning 2.0 Adjustable Hosel allows for loft (+/- 1.5°) and lie (up to 3° flatter than standard) adjustments to further dial in ball flight for optimal results
